Fiat built cars in France under the brandname Simca and this was the 500 A in Italy, which later became the famous Babina. It was the smallest car in mass production, fulfilling somewhat the same role as the Beetle in Germany. Front mounted engine, 4 cylinders 500 cc. Just 2 seats.
